A company is looking for a Counsel/Senior Counsel, Labor & Employment, Litigation, and Risk Mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide employment law advice on various labor and employment matters and handle commercial disputes
- Create and manage global employment documents and policies, and deliver training related to risk mitigation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for risk mitigation and monitor legal developments
Required Qualifications
- JD with 5+ years of relevant experience at a law firm or in-house
- Expertise in US labor and employment laws, preferably in IL or CA
- Significant experience in counseling on employment and commercial dispute matters
- Experience directing investigations and participating in litigation
- Must be admitted and in good standing in any US jurisdiction
