Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney in Philadelphia.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft motions, briefs, and memorandums of law
• Conduct legal research and appear in court for contested motions and evidentiary hearings
• Manage all aspects of contested cases, including devising and executing legal strategies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with contested motion practice
• Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania; New Jersey and/or New York is a plus
• Willingness to waive into additional jurisdictions
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy abilities
• Able to manage a heavy workload and produce substantial legal work
