Subrogation Recovery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subrogation Recovery Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain various cases with accurate documentation from creation to recovery
• Prepare correspondence and negotiate claim/lien settlements to facilitate recovery
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and government security requirements while providing updates on case status

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a legal or insurance setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Working knowledge of the Subrogation industry and HIPAA privacy rules
• Ability to analyze information and manage multiple tasks under pressure
