Regulatory Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager, Regulatory Change Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Regulatory Change Management process, including stakeholder engagement and change tracking
• Monitor regulatory developments and facilitate regulatory applicability analysis with legal and compliance teams
• Develop dashboards and reports for senior leadership to provide transparency on regulatory compliance status

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field
• 6-8 years of experience in regulatory compliance or compliance risk management in a financial services company
• Strong knowledge of federal and state banking laws and regulations
• Experience in implementing or managing regulatory change programs
• Understanding of Compliance Management System and second line of defense responsibilities
