A company is looking for a Case Intake Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Vet new and existing case expert requests and source appropriate experts
- Track case counts, assign new cases to Case Managers, and input relevant case details
- Follow up on pending matters and educate clients and experts on roles and expectations
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a legal professional, preferably with personal injury experience
- Highly qualified Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
- Familiarity with the legal system and discovery process
- Knowledge of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as it relates to experts in litigation
