Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Intake Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vet new and existing case expert requests and source appropriate experts
  • Track case counts, assign new cases to Case Managers, and input relevant case details
  • Follow up on pending matters and educate clients and experts on roles and expectations
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience as a legal professional, preferably with personal injury experience
  • Highly qualified Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
  • Familiarity with the legal system and discovery process
  • Knowledge of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as it relates to experts in litigation
