Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to manage and oversee its commercial real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and negotiate commercial real estate leases, amendments, and related agreements
• Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders on lease matters and collaborate with teams to ensure alignment
• Manage lease renewals, terminations, and provide strategic advice on lease portfolio optimization

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing of the state bar for NJ or NY
• 4-6 years of legal experience focused on commercial real estate and lease agreements
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements affecting real estate
