Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Technology Attorney (Hardware/SaaS).

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and redline vendor-facing agreements related to hardware, SaaS, and professional services
• Manage customer-facing contracts for onsite hardware delivery and engineering services
• Communicate proactively regarding assignments and timelines for deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Experience in commercial law, specifically with technology agreements
• Ability to work independently within established risk parameters
• Availability for onboarding and meetings during ET business hours
• Commitment to a remote position for an estimated duration of 3 months
• Flexibility to work 10-15 hours per week
