A company is looking for a Conflicts Analyst II - Intake Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential ethical and business conflicts of interest related to new business
- Conduct comprehensive research and prepare detailed conflict of interest reports for firm partners
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and firm policies during the new business intake process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required
- 3-5 years of conflicts analyst experience, preferably at a large law firm
- Working knowledge of Intapp products preferred
- Strong interest and ability to learn new technologies as necessary
- Ability to manage change within a dynamic organization while upholding core values
