A company is looking for a Conflicts Analyst II - Intake Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential ethical and business conflicts of interest related to new business
• Conduct comprehensive research and prepare detailed conflict of interest reports for firm partners
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and firm policies during the new business intake process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required
• 3-5 years of conflicts analyst experience, preferably at a large law firm
• Working knowledge of Intapp products preferred
• Strong interest and ability to learn new technologies as necessary
• Ability to manage change within a dynamic organization while upholding core values
