Director of Business Ethics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Business Ethics and Investigations Program Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the internal investigations program, maintaining a centralized investigations framework
• Manage the Ethics Hotline, ensuring effective reporting of compliance and business ethics concerns
• Develop and implement standardized investigative policies and processes, and conduct data analysis to identify risks and trends

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of applicable professional experience
• Experience in designing and overseeing investigations processes or programs
• Experience managing a confidential whistleblower and ethics hotline
• Life sciences industry experience preferred
• Legal degree or CPA/CFE certification preferred
