Licensed Practice Support Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Support Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain forms and reference materials for corporate governance and securities matters
• Organize group trainings and develop thought leadership materials
• Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited university and admission to practice in good standing in a US jurisdiction
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in capital markets, securities, and/or corporate governance
• Experience in a large law firm, in a client billable and/or knowledge management capacity
• Strong understanding of knowledge management and project management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
