Senior Manager, Market Access Contracts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Market Access Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of contracts across various commercial channels
• Translate market access strategies into contractual terms with appropriate rebate structures and performance metrics
• Coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure agreements meet regulatory and company standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• JD, MBA, or related advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of business experience, preferably in Contracts, Pricing, or Market Access
• Understanding of payer and channel contracting, including PBM and Medicare/Medicaid
• Experience with contract management tools (e.g., Vistex, Model N, Revitas, Conga)
