Key Responsibilities

• Manage the contract lifecycle including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing various agreements
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations while mitigating risks associated with contracts
• Provide strategic contract guidance to stakeholders and support negotiations on complex agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD or paralegal certification preferred
• 8+ years of relevant experience in contracts management
• At least 3 years in a leadership or senior individual contributor role
• Experience in the life sciences, clinical trials, or healthcare industry strongly preferred
