New York Licensed Legal Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, analyze, negotiate, and manage the contract process for various agreements
• Partner with Sales & Customer Success teams to negotiate and close revenue while ensuring compliance with corporate policies
• Research and provide recommendations on legal issues, assisting in drafting company policies and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and current license to practice in New York
• 3-5+ years of legal experience, preferably with technology companies
• Proven track record of providing practical, commercially-oriented legal advice
• Solid knowledge and experience with privacy laws, particularly in the US and Europe
• Experience with subscription/SaaS agreements strongly preferred
