Licensing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing Analyst to manage license applications and act as a subject matter expert in pharmaceutical licensing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall application process for multiple clients across various states
• Serve as a resource for state licensing issues and maintain files of resource documents
• Track submission statuses and provide updates to Account Managers on application requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
• Minimum 1 year of compliance/document preparation experience within a regulatory or legal environment
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; SharePoint and Salesforce preferred
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects effectively
