Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis and create executive level reports for Board and Committee meetings
• Support the planning, development, execution, and reporting of Compliance goals and projects
• Assist in documenting process gaps and support execution of improvement projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience in managed health care with compliance oversight
• Experience with vendor oversight and facilitating corrective actions
• Familiarity with budget and financial analysis/reporting
• Experience in project management and change management activities
