Key Responsibilities
- Track contracts and certificates of insurance to ensure compliance with organizational policies
- Draft contract modifications, extensions, amendments, and notices to support contract portfolio lifecycle
- Assist in developing a contracts inventory management system and conduct policy-related research
Required Qualifications, Training and Education
- Must reside in California
- Experience or education in law, contracts, or a related field
- Understanding of contract compliance and risk management
- Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently
- Commitment to the mission of supporting community colleges and equity in education
