A company is looking for an ARC Coordinator to provide document production and administrative support within their Administrative Resource Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor service and resource requests using various communication tools
- Manage workflow priorities, work assignments, and special projects
- Ensure quality control through proofreading and editing of documents
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in law firm operations or related fields preferred
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and document management systems
- Familiarity with legal terminology and forms is preferred
- Prior supervisory or management experience in a law firm is a plus
- Substantial word processing and legal experience required
