Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on domestic data security and privacy laws
• Negotiate and draft technology transactions, including enterprise software agreements
• Collaborate with various teams to support business scaling and compliance efforts

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from a top law school and bar membership in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction
• 4-8 years of experience, preferably in Big Law with in-house experience
• Experience with enterprise software, AI, health records, and legal tech
• Strong intrinsic motivation to perform at a high level
