Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel with healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on healthcare regulations and compliance matters
• Draft, negotiate, and review commercial agreements
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
• 4-7 years of relevant legal experience in healthcare law
• Licensed to practice law, preferably in Texas
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and healthcare fraud laws
• Knowledge of FDA, OSHA, and privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
