Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join its Legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on matters related to fintech and trading evaluation platforms
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements
• Support legal aspects of SaaS offerings and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications & Competencies

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 4-6 years of legal experience, preferably in fintech, trading, or SaaS sectors
• Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements and other commercial contracts
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks applicable to fintech platforms
• Strong business acumen and ability to provide practical legal advice
