A company is looking for a Part-Time Deposition Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare for and conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
- Review and analyze case files, medical records, and discovery materials
- Summarize deposition transcripts and identify key testimony to support case strategy
Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
- Minimum 2 years of litigation or deposition experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Comfortable working independently and remotely, with availability for scheduled depositions
