Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Deposition Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare for and conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Review and analyze case files, medical records, and discovery materials
• Summarize deposition transcripts and identify key testimony to support case strategy

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• Minimum 2 years of litigation or deposition experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Comfortable working independently and remotely, with availability for scheduled depositions
