A company is looking for a Healthcare Regulatory Attorney to join their team on a part-time, remote basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide a California-based healthcare provider through Arizona medical licensing and compliance
- Support efforts to obtain Rural Health Clinic (RHC) status and oversee 340B program compliance
- Research strategic locations for RHCs and establish audit procedures in alignment with regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Active Arizona law license
- Experience in healthcare regulatory and business law
- Knowledge of medical licensing and corporate compliance
- Familiarity with 340B program and Rural Health Clinics
- Ability to work part-time, approximately 5 hours per week with potential for increased hours
