Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Regulatory Attorney to join their team on a part-time, remote basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide a California-based healthcare provider through Arizona medical licensing and compliance
• Support efforts to obtain Rural Health Clinic (RHC) status and oversee 340B program compliance
• Research strategic locations for RHCs and establish audit procedures in alignment with regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Active Arizona law license
• Experience in healthcare regulatory and business law
• Knowledge of medical licensing and corporate compliance
• Familiarity with 340B program and Rural Health Clinics
• Ability to work part-time, approximately 5 hours per week with potential for increased hours
