Senior Healthcare Legal Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on healthcare law and regulatory compliance, focusing on contract negotiation and transactional matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws
• Manage legal disputes and collaborate with external counsel as needed

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• 8-10 years of experience in corporate law or healthcare regulatory law and compliance
• Preference for candidates with health system, 340B, or pharmacy experience
• In-house legal experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of state and federal healthcare regulations
