Commercial Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney (Partnership/Technology Transactions) to provide parental leave coverage on its legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and structure commercial agreements with a focus on partnership deals involving non-monetary value exchanges
• Support corporate governance tasks, including board preparation, equity plans, and cap table management
• Assist with M&A activities as needed based on deal activity

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in a relevant jurisdiction
• Experience in commercial law, particularly in partnership and technology transactions
• Familiarity with corporate governance and M&A processes
• Ability to work remotely and support Pacific and Central time zones
