Job Summary

A company is looking for a Class Action Counsel, Case Evaluation attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with local trial teams to conduct fact investigations and exposure assessments for class actions
• Drafting legal documents and preparing case evaluations based on client needs and trial team input
• Acting as a liaison between trial teams and Class Action Counsel to facilitate case transitions and support litigation phases

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of legal experience in wage and hour and class actions
• Active bar license in the candidate's state of residence; California bar preferred
• Experience with damages modeling and exposure assessments, including proficiency in Excel
• Hands-on experience managing cases through their entire lifecycle
• Ability to focus on key aspects of cases while conducting investigations and analyses
