Manager, Market Access Contracts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Market Access Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts and amendments across various customer channels
• Act as a key liaison between Market Access, Legal, Pricing, Trade, and Government Pricing teams to ensure compliant contract execution
• Manage contract lifecycle activities and resolve contract disputes with partners or internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• JD, MBA, or related advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of business experience in pharmaceutical or biotech contracting, market access, or related field
• Understanding of payer and channel contracting (PBM, plan, Medicare/Medicaid, Trade)
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a matrixed organization
