Senior Real Estate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Real Estate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate site control agreements, including lease option and easement agreements
• Manage the title process and interface with title companies and landowner legal teams
• Support the Land and Development teams with real estate contract administration and coordinate with various internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in at least one state
• Experience in real estate law, particularly with title matters and property agreements
• Ability to manage multiple projects under competing deadlines
• Experience in drafting and negotiating legal documents related to real estate
