Lead Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Contracts Specialist experienced in both government and commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Review proposals for compliance with regulations and company policies
• Negotiate third-party agreements and manage contractual performance across a portfolio of contracts
• Provide advice on contract terms and support the development of formal contract policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• U.S. citizen, willing and able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8 years of experience with government-funded contracts
• Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation
