A company is looking for an Early Career Trial Attorney to manage insurance defense litigation and provide legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict
• Gather and organize documents, evidence, and conduct legal research for cases
• Prepare and draft legal documents, pleadings, and responses, and attend court hearings

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in California
• Experience or coursework in insurance defense or litigation
• Strong understanding of legal research and writing
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
