Key Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and manage complex contract documents
- Analyze and prepare detailed reports to ensure compliance with negotiated parameters
- Evaluate and interpret contractual terms and conditions, assessing risk and potential impacts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 4 years of experience, or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Strong expertise in contract administration and supplier management
- Proven experience in analyzing contracts for compliance with policies and regulations
- Familiarity with financial processes, cost control, and risk assessment in contract management
- Preferred qualification: Juris Doctorate or equivalent legal expertise
