Key Responsibilities
- Provide compliance program oversight and execution across the team and stakeholders
- Drive coordination, planning, and management of complex compliance initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Oversee day-to-day compliance activities, including continuous monitoring and significant change requests
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or operations focused on the federal government
- At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong understanding of public sector compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST 800-53)
- Proven experience managing teams and overseeing complex projects across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to analyze complex information and propose practical solutions
