Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and respond to complaints related to long-term care insurance, life insurance, and annuities
- Handle HIPAA disclosures, including identification, mitigation, and reporting of related risks
- Provide training and mentorship to Associate Compliance Analysts and conduct peer reviews
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in compliance or a related field
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and complaint handling processes
- Ability to conduct legal document reviews and manage litigation holds
- Experience with policy and procedure maintenance
- Familiarity with compliance systems and documentation practices
