Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst II to support its Compliance Program by overseeing high-risk areas and ensuring effective compliance measures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide analysis, training, and support for compliance requirements and collaborate with departments on implementation
- Conduct audits, monitor compliance, and manage corrective action plans while maintaining proper documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and attend state regulator meetings to communicate outcomes and manage deliverables
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of three years of compliance and/or regulatory experience, including one year in Government Program products
- Strong familiarity with government-funded healthcare programs and compliance standards
- Preferred certifications include Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP)
- Current, unrestricted clinical licensure or functional business licensure may be desired
