• Engage in document review and assist in both civil litigation and criminal/regulatory cases

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an attorney in private practice or government
• Experience in antitrust, FCPA, white collar, or government investigations
• National admission to practice law in the United States
• Experience with document review platforms such as Relativity
• Preferred experience as a former US District Court clerk
