Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Administrator to manage and report contracts with various parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and route standard template agreements to vendors and contractors
  • Field contract inquiries and prepare monthly contract reporting to internal stakeholders
  • Track and audit in-progress contracts, ensuring execution and notifying relevant parties of key dates
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial contract drafting and development, preferably in education or with state and local governments
  • Proficient in establishing priorities and meeting deadlines with attention to accuracy and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks and demands
Required Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
