Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Counsel to join their Legal Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance across the product lifecycle in collaboration with various teams
• Draft and review consumer-facing documents to ensure compliance and enhance user experience
• Monitor legal developments impacting AI systems and update internal policies accordingly

Required Qualifications

• JD with active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (New York preferred)
• 6-12 years of product counseling and privacy experience, ideally in both law firm and in-house settings
• Expertise in laws related to AI products, privacy, and data protection
• Strong analytical skills to support cross-functional teams and external partners
