Key Responsibilities

• Advise on environmental permitting and regulatory compliance for data center operations across multiple jurisdictions in the US and EU
• Support health and safety compliance efforts
• Ensure adherence to environmental regulations related to air, water, and waste issues

Required Qualifications

• Experience with environmental regulations in the US and EU
• Licensing to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, active and in good standing
• Mid-senior level experience in legal practice
• Full-time availability for a duration of 6-12 months
• Ability to work remotely
