Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to support its legal needs across various functional areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of compliance programs and internal controls
• Assist in managing pre-litigation matters and coordinate with external counsel as needed
• Review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts while ensuring alignment with legal and operational requirements

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in relevant jurisdiction
• Experience in contract negotiation and compliance
• Familiarity with intellectual property law and corporate governance
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
