Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Specialist to join their Legal Services department.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day tasks for legal and business-wide projects, including maintaining contracts and legal documents
- Negotiate contractual terms and conditions, track agreements, and compile contract-related data and reports
- Develop and implement legal compliance policies, liaise with outside counsel, and support internal teams with contracting needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree with one year of relevant experience
- Four years of experience in creating and executing contractual agreements in a professional services environment without a degree
- Experience in developing new processes in a rapidly changing environment
- Experience working with legal and procurement functions in life sciences or healthcare is a plus
