Senior Managing Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Managing Commercial Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance across various business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely, business-oriented legal counsel on product development, marketing, and sales strategies
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements in technology, data, and services
• Offer strategic advice on emerging legal issues related to commercial contracts, privacy, and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Significant experience in commercial law, particularly in technology and data sectors
• Proven ability to advise senior leadership and navigate complex legal environments
• Experience with privacy laws and regulatory compliance issues
