A company is looking for a Bodily Injury Paralegal Specialist (Remote - Indiana).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation files from inception through resolution, including trial preparation
• Draft and file pleadings, respond to discovery, and support motion practice
• Order and track medical records; coordinate expert review and disclosures

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal with a focus on insurance defense or civil litigation preferred
• Experience managing high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced legal environment preferred
• Familiarity with legal procedures, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and court filings
