Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding fraud and privacy matters

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of AWD and other administrative systems for researching privacy and fraud
• Ability to analyze data and provide conclusions with supporting documentation
• Experience maintaining comprehensive documentation of incidents
• Critical thinking skills to address inquiries and support client needs
