Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Data Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic legal counsel to regional management and support functions
• Negotiate and draft high-value commercial agreements
• Proactively manage legal issues and develop solutions for contracting challenges

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. state
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
• Background in commercial, corporate, or real estate law with strong drafting and negotiating skills
• Proven ability to develop contract risk mitigation strategies
• High degree of initiative and ability to manage multiple projects under time pressures
