Licensed Corporate Contracts Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney - Corporate Contracts (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Structure, review, draft, redline, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts
• Negotiate contract terms directly with counterparties or their counsel
• Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with laws and company standards

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 4+ years of experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, preferably in fintech or technology
• Strong understanding of contract law and key commercial terms
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a consumer-facing fintech or regulated financial services environment preferred
