Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager who will oversee contract execution and archival strategies for a variety of agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including Master Services Agreements and Consulting Agreements
- Coordinate the full contract lifecycle among various functional teams, providing tactical and strategic advice
- Develop and implement tools and automation to enhance the efficiency of contracting processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or 5 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of contracts or project management experience
- Proficient in MS Office software programs
- Ability to work in multiple systems, such as Smartsheet and Oracle
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to assess contract performance
