A company is looking for a Senior Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes and manage courtroom appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Lead and mentor less experienced attorneys while cultivating client relationships
• Collaborate with team members across various experience levels to achieve case objectives

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in the state of Florida
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in deposition and trial preparation
• Experience in managing full case responsibilities, including discovery and trial
• Preferred experience in handling insurance defense matters
