Job Summary

A company is looking for an Early Career Trial Attorney (Remote - Utah).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict
• Gather and organize documents, evidence, and conduct legal research for cases
• Prepare and draft legal documents, attend court hearings, and monitor changes in laws and regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar in Utah
• Experience in litigation or relevant legal practice
• Understanding of insurance law and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team
