Required Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier U.S. law school with active bar membership
• Deep experience in financial services, particularly in startups or tech-forward environments
• In-depth knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act and SEC regulations
• Ability to navigate ambiguous legal situations and research solutions independently
• Practical risk management philosophy with a focus on balancing legal exposure and business opportunities
