Senior Commercial Counsel (US Licensed)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to join their legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, advise, and negotiate various enterprise B2B agreements, including complex commercial licenses and data processing agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on legal, regulatory, and corporate matters, and assist in creating and improving form agreements
• Support global expansion efforts and create training materials on legal best practices for business teams

Required Qualifications

• JD / US law degree and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state
• 5+ years of technology-related commercial legal experience, preferably in the SaaS industry
• 8+ years of experience as a practicing attorney
• Significant experience with Data Protection Laws
• Ability to work independently and maintain strong relationships with internal clients
