Senior Legal Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their legal team with expertise in US law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary legal point of contact for Americas matters and provide support on global issues, including contract review and negotiation
• Promote good contract management practices and contribute to the development of legal templates and internal practices
• Ensure compliance with international sanctions and export control regulations, and manage the company's intellectual property portfolio

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant legal experience in international law firms and in-house
• Expertise in commercial and business law related to software, with experience in transactional work and contract management
• Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is a plus
